The following terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

The 44bk VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and participation. Additional benefits and priority service are provided at each tier.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 44bk are considered final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless an incorrect bet was placed due to a technical error on the platform.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device problem, 44bk will make its decision based on the server logs. The server record will be treated as the final proof.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), and other sports events:

• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• If a match is shortened due to rain or any other reason, the applicable rules will be followed.
• For live betting, odds may change before being confirmed by the server.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found, the relevant bets will be cancelled.

8.1 Suspension by 44bk

44bk reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User
